Wyatt Seal reached out to POV Solutions to discuss the potential of working together to supply an end-user with Backing Boards that incorporated various to scale artwork applied to each.
Wyatt’s understanding of the Printed Backing Board market was very limited. Wyatt needed a partnership that could be built around understanding the project details and prompt delivery of finished product. Once initial communication was established via phone call and email, our combined work towards solutions started.
This project consists of approximately 40 printed to scale layouts with company logo and printed backgrounds. Each backing board being unique to the corresponding item being placed on the board over the designed artwork print. Upon sharing the complicated details with the POV team and expressing the urgency, the team reviewed the information. Within two days, POV reached out to discuss and review the details of the project. They fully understood the scope of the project and all the particulars.
After review of the templates POV provided, very competitive quotes were offered for each individual backing board layout of the various sizes. (6x6, 8x8, 10x10, 12x12 and 14x14). As sample orders were placed, the POV team shared online order entry and review systems enabling Wyatt Seal to better manage the orders of the finished products. Within just a couple weeks of reaching out to POV, Wyatt Seal received the first articles. The quality was outstanding! And exactly as needed them to be…Ongoing review and adjustments were made easy by the POV team as the project moved into the production phase. Production quantities were being delivered within two weeks of first article approvals.
